Free Domestic Returns & Quick Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label so you will be able to return your item free of charge. All items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the original tags attached. Any charges for expedited shipping at time of purchase cannot be reimbursed.

Please contact us at ContactUs@modernshopgirl.com and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for a quick and easy return. Also, let us know if you want to exchange your purchase so we can confirm that we have the item in stock and put it on hold for you.

International Returns

International returns are accepted within 45 days of your ship date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the original tags attached. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company. Shipping charges at time of purchase cannot be reimbursed.
